Let's get this out of the way first...

Tigers:

Not to be Debbie Downer but I am really looking forward to a Tiger team without Willie Kemp, Roburt Sallie, Doneal Mack and Pierre Niles. Those once unbeatable Tigers lost to UTEP last night, ending the 64 game conference win streak, which wouldn't have even counted cause we used illegal players. This season can't end fast enough. I'm ready for Barton, Crawford and Jackson.

Side Note: What the hell is Pierre going to do when he finishes school? Seriously? Hang out with Andre Allen in the North North? Slang cheeseburgers at McDonalds? Prediction Time, Students:

Pierre Niles will be arrested no less than 6 months after the Tigers final game. Misdemeanor drug possession. One year later he will be arrested again, this time weighing nearly 400 pounds he is arrested for assault for getting into a fight in the Crystal Palace parking lot.

I mean really, do you think he can keep the weight off? Hell no. The guy was a NCAA Div 1 athlete and was fat as fuck.

Wilie Kemp will return to Bolivar and as Manny K stated "probably run a car wash with Wayne Chism." I agree, Manny.

Who cares about Sallie and Mack. But if I had to guess, they both probably think they can play pro ball, so they will head overseas and suck at life. Salute that, Sallie.

Grizzlies:

Tough loss last night as former Grizz fan favorite James Posey seals the win with a layup. Grizz have a chance to tie at the end. We have the ball at midcourt after the timeout with 0.8 to go. Rudy for three? OJ? No, we throw a lob to Rudy toward the rim...it's batted down before he gets a hand on it, game over. I am not ever (this year anyway) going to call out Coach Hollins, but damn! 0.8 is plenty of time for OJ to bury a game winner, or at least get a decent look. I will call out Rudy on his ghostly defensive effort last night. You want max money, Rudy? Fucking D up you pussy. But in all seriousness, I love you Rudy.

Also, some talk of us going after Ronnie Brewer from the Jazz to give our bench some scoring it needs. I like that trade, especially if we just give up a late first round pick. Gotta make that trade.

Hoop Family:

Me and boys are back on the hardwood tearing up the comp...oh wait, we lost by 53 our first game. We are getting crushed in the new league. Rather sad. Game tonight against the Robot Chickens at 8:15. Last I checked we were 35 point underdogs. Put your money on Hoop Family, the other team stops playing D after they get up by 30-40 points, so that's when we make our move and get it to a respectable 20 point loss. It's not as fun blogging about our team when we have no chance to even win a game in this league. As far as roster we've got:

• Andy "Reptile" Reid bringing the venom
• "Broken Bones" McCleskley aka "Pitbull" is back in action
  
• "Offense Sucks/Defense Wins" B-Harris adds the big man threat...kind of
  
• "Lefty Assassin and Bad Haircut Having" Will Askew patrols the paint
• Jeff "Hot N Cold" Waring is our deep threat
• "Round Mound" Roser aka "DeMarre Carroll!" brings his versatile game
• And me, I just try to run back and stop the dunk contest on the other end

Movies:

Now, for the trailer to what could be the best action movie of all-time.

Look at that lineup! There is no way that won't be good. Looks like it will be out sometime in the summer.
Dude is 60! He also says he broke his neck in the fight with Stone Cold Steve Austin and had to have 3 screws put in his neck. That my friends is the definition of MAN.

And now, a movie that almost gets me as excited as the last one.


Only reason it won't be as good is because it will be PG-13. But growing up, I wanted nothing more than to be part of the A-Team.

Music:

I've been on sort of an Eminem kick lately. I downloaded a mixtape (with no DJ) that was released a week or so back. It's called American Nightmare and has a few songs of Relapse, a few from Refill and some other singles he's released in the last 6 months or so.
